Congratulations on being accepted to North Idaho College! You’re off to a great start! Complete the steps below to activate your NIC account, access your student email, sign up for SOAR, complete your placement assessments and make sure you have submitted all documents.

Set up your student accounts and access your NIC email to stay connected from day one.

2. Sign up for SOAR

New students must attend a Student Orientation, Advising and Registration (SOAR) Session.

Reserve your spot now!

After signing up for the Student Orientation, please complete all of the remaining steps to ensure you can register for classes at your session.

3. Submit your Advising Profile

Advisors use this information to ensure your SOAR experience is meaningful and that your academic plan and course registration align with your goals and needs.

Your Math and English assessment scores help advisors place you in the courses that best support your success.

Certain programs may require additional documentation. Check your MyNIC My Documents for requested items. Be sure to check your junk email folder for any missed email messages.
